AVIS aimed to offer Tough Mudder participants a memorable recovery experience while driving sign-ups for their loyalty program, AVIS Preferred. The solution needed to:

A tech focused solution

1. Digital sign-up system: a mobile-responsive web application for on-site registrations.

2. Electronic Waivers: Designed a user-friendly electronic waiver system for ice baths and massages with e-signature capabilities for quick and legally binding agreements, whilst ensuring GDPR compliance with secure data handling and storage.

3. Check-in: Providing the therapists with dedicated platforms to collect the data and check-in participants as they attended their well deserved experience.
