gther partnered with AVIS to deliver a memorable experience at Tough Mudder that perfectly aligned with their premium service standards. Helping to transform the participant experience and drive extraordinary results with tech-driven solutions.
Our seamless digital ecosystem handled sign-ups, waivers, and experience check-in for over 600 mud-covered athletes, powering access to a premium recovery area featuring muscle-soothing ice baths, rejuvenating massage stations, refreshing cold drinks, and comfortable relaxation zones.
AVIS aimed to offer Tough Mudder participants a memorable recovery experience while driving sign-ups for their loyalty program, AVIS Preferred. The solution needed to:
- Efficiently manage high-volume sign-ups in a challenging outdoor environment
- Ensure secure, accurate data collection despite muddy conditions
- Create a premium experience that matched the AVIS Preferred brand standards
- Enable real-time tracking and optimisation of the activation

1. Digital sign-up system: a mobile-responsive web application for on-site registrations.
